I travel a lot for work and was pleasantly surprised how this hotel took things to another level. The room was clean, detailed and furnished nicely. As a contractor I typically notice little repair issues, but found none. Miranda and the rest of the staff was absolutely spot on, attentive and friendly, almost to a fault. After a long week on the road, it was great being welcomed in and feeling like more than just another guest. I will go out of my way to stay there in the future.

Room was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. Thank you: Amy - very friendly and accommodating making the reservation. The young lady that checked us in very nice and friendly. Thank you Cristy for always making sure we are comfortable and needs met. Overall staff friendly and accommodating.

They have different activities for kids during Christmas time. The room is cleaned and has a friendly atmosphere. Customer service is excellent, and full breakfast in the morning.

Great family Christmas experience. Welcoming and friendly. Very clean. And decorated beautifully. Even had a Christmas surprise for my granddaughter when we checked in! 15 minutes from the Polar Express which is why we were there.

My favorite place to stay in Palestine. Perfect location easy in and out with good parking. My room is always very good and this time had kind of a weird shape room on the end that I liked. Only issue with the room was the curtains let in way too much light. The breakfast they had western omelette that I like. Usually a quiet night sleep here. I will be back.

Don't stay here they will lie to u about the price of the room. Told us on the phone it was 100 a night and when we got there it was more they said it was for incidents and stuff like that. Said it was a 50 dollar charge for both times I used my card and now they will not give me my money back so stay away from there unless u want to lose money!!!!!
